• Transaction Information: UPI Transaction ID (UTR) or reference numbers to verify your payment. Note: We do not collect or store your bank account details or UPI PINs.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information collected is strictly used for fulfilling your HSRP order. Specifically, we use it to:

• Verify your vehicle details against government/RTO databases for HSRP authorization.
• Process the manufacturing and embossing of your secure number plate.
• Communicate with you regarding your order status, tracking updates, and delivery scheduling.
• Provide customer support and handle inquiries or cancellation requests.

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We respect your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We only share your data with strictly authorized entities required to fulfill your order:

• Manufacturing Partners: To print and emboss your physical HSRP.
• Government / RTO Authorities: To legally register and update your HSRP status in the VAHAN database.
• Logistics & Courier Partners: To safely deliver the HSRP to your provided address.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. Our platform uses end-to-end encryption (SSL) to prevent unauthorized access. Payment processing is handled exclusively through highly secure and standard UPI gateways.

• Request an update or correction to your delivery address before the order is dispatched.
• Request order cancellation (subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy) before the plate goes into the manufacturing phase.
