Time Window

Cancellations are only possible before RTO data submission (usually within 12-24 hours).

Strictly Non-Refundable

Once the plate manufacturing (embossing) starts, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Refund Processing

If eligible, the refunded amount will reflect in your original payment method in 5-7 working days.

Submit a cancellation request for your HSRP booking. Please note that requests are subject to approval based on our cancellation policy.
