1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a booking request on our portal, you signify your explicit consent to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Description of Service

Our platform acts as an online facilitation portal that assists vehicle owners in applying for and booking High Security Registration Plates (HSRP) and color-coded stickers as mandated by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH). We coordinate with authorized manufacturers to process your request and arrange for home delivery.

3. User Responsibilities & Data Accuracy

As a user booking an HSRP, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information matching your physical Registration Certificate (RC).
• Entering incorrect Registration Numbers, Chassis Numbers (last 5 digits), or Engine Numbers will result in the rejection of your application by the RTO database.
• You are solely responsible for any delays, rejections, or extra costs arising from incorrect information provided during the booking process.

4. Pricing and Payments

All fees displayed on the website include processing charges, plate manufacturing costs, and delivery fees where applicable.

• Payments must be made securely via the provided UPI gateway.
• Your booking is considered incomplete until the payment is successfully verified against the submitted UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) number.
• We reserve the right to modify our service fees at any time, but such changes will not affect orders that have already been paid and confirmed.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of High Security Registration Plates (which are embossed with unique vehicle numbers and laser codes), our cancellation policy is strictly enforced:

• Before RTO Submission: You may request a cancellation for a full refund only if the order has not yet been processed with the RTO database (usually within 12-24 hours of booking).
• After Processing Begins: Once the plate manufacturing (embossing) process has initiated, no cancellations, modifications, or refunds will be permitted under any circumstances.
• In the event of a transaction failure where money is deducted but the booking is not generated, the amount will be automatically refunded by your bank within 5-7 working days.

6. Delivery Timelines

While we strive to ensure timely delivery of your HSRP, all delivery estimates (typically 5-7 working days after processing) are approximate. Delays may occur due to RTO server downtimes, manufacturing backlogs, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical issues. We are not liable for any penalties or challans incurred by the vehicle owner due to delivery delays.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall MY-HSRP-BOOK, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, errors in the data provided by you, or delays in the manufacturing/delivery process.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
